Before the Court is the Louisiana Sheriffs Pension and Relief Fund’s (“LSPRF”) Motion and Memorandum in Support of Motion for New Trial and/or to Alter and/or Amend a Judgment Pursuant to Federal Rules of Civil Procedure Rule 59 in response to the Final Order of Garnishment (Rec.
