Appeal from a judgment of the Erie County Court (Sheila A. DiTullio, J.), rendered May 12, 2014. The judgment convicted defendant, upon a nonjury verdict, of burglary in the second degree (four counts).

It is hereby ordered that the judgment so appealed from is unanimously affirmed.
