This action was instituted under and pursuant to the provisions of sections 21 and 22 of title II of the National Prohibition Act (41 Stats. 305, 314; 27 U. S. C. A., secs. 33, 34, 99, 111). It terminated in the court below with the entry of a decree adjudging the “Alviso Hotel”, situate in the county of Santa Clara, owned and conducted by defendant Rosa Ackerman, to be a common nuisance, and ordering the entire building closed for a period of one year.
