OPINION

GRIFFIN, Circuit Judge.

Defendant Kevin Davis pleaded guilty to one count of distributing child pornography in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 2252(a)(2) and two counts of possessing child pornography in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 2252A(a)(5)(B). He now appeals his sentence, arguing that the district court erred when it concluded: (1) that defendant had a prior offense that triggered statutory mandatory mínimums for the instant offenses, and (2) that defendant was properly subject to a pattern-of-activity enhancement under the Sentencing Guidelines.
