SPROUSE, Circuit Judge:

This is an appeal by James E. Marsh from the judgment of the district court affirming the decision of the Secretary of Health, Education, and Welfare denying him social security disability benefits and supplemental security income under Titles II and XVI of the Social Security Act, 42 U.S.C. §§ 423, 1382. Marsh was initially awarded disability benefits in 1973, effective from 1971, due to epilepsy.
