OPINION

NYE, Justice.

This is a suit in the nature of an action for an accounting growing out of a joint venture in the purchase of a single automobile. The plaintiff Bob E. Rice, sued the defendant Adrian Lambert, seeking recovery of the amount of his contribution to the joint venture by way of a debt and alternatively for damages for fraud, breach of contract and conversion arising out of the agreement between the plaintiff and defendant.
