(after stating the facts). We have given rather a full statement of the case to show that no important phase of it has escaped our attention. The right of the Louisville & Nashville Railroad Company, as a common carrier of passengers for hire, to issue round trip excursion and tourist tickets at reduced rates is incontestable ; and this right is in and for the public interest and profit, and is of great value to the company.
