Petitioner Gregory Sassé appeals the order of the Department of Labor’s Administrative Review Board (“ARB”) dismissing his complaint, which alleged that his em ployer, the Department of Justice (“DOJ”), retaliated against him for protected activity in violation of the whistleblower provisions of three environmental statutes: the Clean Air Act (“CAA”), 42 U.S.C. § 7622(a), the Solid Waste Disposal Act (“SWDA”), 42 U.S.C. § 6971(a), and the Federal Water Pollution Control Act (“FWPCA”), 33 U.S.C. § 1367(a).
