INTRODUCTION

This is a discharge case involving two claims, one filed under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e (“Title VII”), the other under the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, 29 U.S.C. § 621 et seq. (“ADEA”). The claims allege that defendant S.F. & G., Inc., d/b/a Mercury; d'/b/a Mercury Consolidated, Inc. terminated plaintiff’s employment because of her sex and age.
