This is an action to recover for personal injuries alleged to have been sustained by plaintiff through defendant’s negligence in failing to guard and light an ash pit maintained *156by it in its yards at Milford, Utah. The ease was tried to a jury, and a verdict was returned in favor of plaintiff. From, the judgment entered on the verdict, defendant appeals.
