This case comes to the court upon the exceptions of Walter A. Calderwood to an order of the Superior Court (Flynn, J.), requiring him to appear to give his deposition concerning his present financial status in connection with the petition of his former wife, Dorothy A. Calderwood, under RSA 458:19 for extension of an order for her support.
