HORSEY, Justice:

This appeal concerns construction of 21 Del.C. § 2118, Delaware’s no-fault insurance law, and an automobile insurance policy’s no-fault coverage benefits. Under § 2118(a)(2)a, all motor vehicles registered in Delaware must carry insurance to compensate injured persons for, among other thing, net “lost earnings” incurred within two years from date of accident. 1 Two questions are presented: (1) whether the loss of a periodic draw of a self-employed person is compensable as “lost earnings” and (2) whether the actuarial lifetime earnings of an individual dying within the two year…
