Appellee, Jennie Pannon, as administratrix of the estate of Robert Chester Pannon, deceased, began suit in the circuit court of Winnebago county against the appellant, Gus O. Morton, to recover damages on account of the death of appellee’s intestate by being struck by a truck driven by the son of the appellant. There was a trial by jury, verdict for appellee, but the judgment was reversed by this court upon appeal on account of erroneous instructions. 220 Ill. App. 663.
