MEMORANDUM OF DECISION RE: MOTION TO STRIKE (DOCKET ENTRY NO. 119
This case arises from an automobile accident on April 14, 1999. Jose Diaz, a defendant, was driving on River Road in Shelton, Connecticut. (Revised Complaint, Count One, ¶ 3.) Diaz was driving a vehicle owned by the other defendant, Vereline Pickstone. (Revised Complaint, Count One, ¶ 3.) The plaintiff, Michael Alterio, was also operating his vehicle on River Road.
