This appeal by plaintiff, Edith M. Baul-din, is from the trial court’s order sustaining defendant Barton County Mutual Insurance Company’s motion for summary judgment.

On March 28, 1977, plaintiff sued defendant, alleging a failure by the company insurer to pay her damages she suffered as a result of a fire loss that occurred on February 11, 1976.
