Greene County, Missouri, (“Greene County”) filed this declaratory judgment action seeking an adjudication that damages it owes third parties for an employee’s negligence in a motor vehicle accident are limited by Missouri’s sovereign immunity statutes, §§ 537.600 and 537.610, 1 and that the county commission cannot expand the county’s liability therefor beyond the statutory limits. Upon motion, the trial court entered summary judgment for Greene County. This appeal followed. We affirm.
