MOORE, Justice.

Appellant J. M. Leggio brought this suit against appellees, Millers National Insurance Co., Commercial Union Insurance Co. of New York, Agricultural Insurance Company and Security Insurance Company of New Haven, upon four separate fire insurance policies issued by each of the ap-pellees in the sum and amount of $5,000.00, insuring a building owned by appellant and situated in the City of Dallas.
