OPINION OF THE COURT

FULTON, Senior Judge:

A general court-martial convicted the appellant of eleven violations of regulations prohibiting usurious loans, assaulting one of the defaulting borrowers, and communicating threats to two of them.1 The court-martial members, officer and enlisted, sentenced him to be confined at hard labor for five years, to forfeit all pay and allowances, *840and to be discharged from the service with a dishonorable discharge.
