*270Plaintiff in error, Florence Y. Bush, was plaintiff below and brought suit in the court of common pleas against Ray E. Cole and others to set aside two deeds. Plaintiff became of age July 24, 1902. Her first suit was brought March 18, 1905, and was dismissed for want of prosecution December 17, 1906. A second action was brought for the same purpose February 16, 1907. This was also dismissed for want of prosecution March 5, 1908, and on May 28, 1908, a third suit was brought to set aside the deeds in question.
