Defendant was convicted by a jury of one count of assault with intent to commit murder, MCL 750.83; MSA 28.278, two counts of first-degree criminal sexual conduct, MCL 750.520b(l)(f); MSA 28.788(2)(l)(f), and one count of breaking and entering with intent to commit a felony in an occupied dwelling, MCL 750.110; MSA 28.305. Defendant was sentenced to concurrent terms of forty-two to one hundred years for the assault conviction, seventy to one hundred years for each of the criminal sexual conduct convictions, and ten to fifteen years for the breaking and entering conviction.
