DeMartino, has brought this action to annul a deed for fraud. The plaintiff alleges that he is the son and heir at law of Henry DeMartino, a resident of Milford, Connecticut, who died April 28, 1989. The plaintiff alleges that his father was old, infirm, and suffering from terminal cancer and thereby rendered incapacitated from properly attending to his business.
