MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER
JOYCE HENS GREEN, District Judge.
Pending before the Court is defendants’ motion to dismiss the above-captioned complaint. 1 On consideration of the motion, the opposition, the reply, the current law, after a hearing in open court, and for the reasons outlined below, the motion is denied as to most claims. The pending motion for continuance is also denied, and the parties are directed to proceed in this case as ordered below.
