Defendant Kinko’s, a Delaware corporation providing office services to businesses and individuals at more than 1,000 service locations throughout the world, and plaintiff Awards.com, a New Jersey company involved in direct and Web site marketing, agreed on a proposal that would allow Awards to launch a new “store-in-store” business selling personalized corporate awards and promotional items within Kinko’s locations.
