Plaintiff, John Bigda, alleges the breach of his employment agreement and the termination of the stipulation of settlement entered into between defendant Fisehbaeh Corporation (“Fisehbach”) and Victor Posner which, while allowing Posner to gain control of Fisehbaeh, sought to bar his interference with the company’s management and operations.
