This is an action by appellee against appellant to recover a personal judgment, and to have the amount thereof decreed to be a lien on certain real estate. The complaint is in two paragraphs. Appellant filed a demurrer to each paragraph thereof, which was overruled. After issues were joined, the cause was *564submitted to a jury for trial, resulting in a verdict in favor of appellee, on which a personal judgment was rendered against appellant, and from which he prosecutes this appeal. The action of the court in overruling the demurrer to each paragraph of the complaint is the only error assigned.
