Plaintiff, the Wayne County prosecutor, appeals as of right from an order dismissing his complaint for superintending control. We affirm.

Plaintiff brought this action to obtain an order requiring defendants, the Department of Corrections and the Parole Board, to allow plaintiff to intervene as a party in parole revocation proceedings in cases where the Parole Board is considering revocation based on a parolee’s alleged commission of a felony.
