MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

TOM S. LEE, District Judge.

Plaintiffs, Marilyn Guyote and Patricia Lou Sarchet, heirs at law of Dorothy C. Sarchet, deceased, brought this diversity action against Mississippi Valley Gas Company (MVG), James Sumrall and Sue Sum-rail seeking recovery for the wrongful death of Dorothy C. Sarchet. Presently before the court is the motion in limine of defendant MVG. Plaintiffs have responded to the motion, and the court has con sidered the memoranda of the parties in ruling on the motion.
