Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court at Special Term (Visear di, J.), entered April 10, 1985 in Schenectady County, which granted defendants Anthony T. Ferrara and Frances S. Ferrara leave to pay the sum of $10,500 into court and discharged them from further liability.

Plaintiff’s daughter, Tammy Lynn Bliss, was killed in an automobile accident in March 1982. Both plaintiff and her daughter had been passengers in a vehicle owned by defendant Frances S.
