This appeal is from a decree dismissing the bill of complaint filed by the appellants against the appellees in the CircuitCourtfor Talbot County and also a special case stated, hereinafter referred to. In 1893 Frederick P. Dimpfel died leaving a last will and testament, by the eighth clause of which he devised and bequeathed his property to William R. Martin m trust to pay one-half of the net income to his son,Frederick P.
