By four separate actions, in equity brought in the circuit court of Cook County, the ground tenants of six lots owned by the Board of Education of the city of Chicago, sought to set aside the decennial appraisal of the properties, made May 8, 1935, for the purpose of fixing rents for the ensuing ten years, pursuant to the terms of the leases, and to enjoin the defendant, the Board of Education, from declaring a forfeiture of the leases.
