James K. Sebree filed in the circuit court of Cook county a bill against the Board of Education of the City of Chicago to enjoin the enforcement of an appraisement concerning the leasehold interests of certain school fund property in that city. The chancellor set aside the appraisement and fixed a new valuation for the premises. The decree of the circuit court was reversed and the cause remanded by the Appellate Court, with directions to dismiss the bill for want of equity.
