SANCTION IMPOSED: ATTORNEY DISBARRED

A Sanctions Hearing pursuant to C.R.C.P. 251.15(b) was held on October 16, 2002, before a Hearing Board consisting of the Presiding Disciplinary Judge (“PDJ”) and two Hearing Board Members, Ralph G. Torres and Edward L. Zorn, both members of the bar. Kim E. Ikeler, Assistant Regulation Counsel, represented the People of the State of Colorado (“People”). Rory Segal (“Se-gal”), the respondent appeared pro se.
