Appeals (1) from a judgment of the County Court of Ulster County (Czajka, J.), rendered August 19, 2005, convicting defendant upon his plea of guilty of the crimes of assault in *1268the second, degree and criminal possession of a weapon in the third degree, and (2) from a judgment of said court, rendered February 10, 2006, which resentenced defendant following his conviction of the crime of criminal possession of a weapon in the third degree.
