Defendant was found guilty by a district court jury of charges of criminal sexual conduct in the third degree and false imprisonment, Minn.Stat. §§ 609.344(c) and 609.255 (1982). The trial court sentenced defendant to 54 months in prison pursuant to section 609.346 and Minnesota Sentencing Guidelines and Commentary II.E. (1982).
