Appellant, Donegal Mutual Insurance Company (“Donegal”) asks this court to determine whether multiple shootings perpetrated by Richard Baumhammers (“Baumhammers”), an adult, resulting in the death of five individuals and serious bodily injury of a sixth, qualifies as an “accident” pursuant to Donegal’s insurance policy, requiring Donegal to provide coverage to Andrejs and Inese Baumhammers, the parents of Richard Baumhammers.
