THIS CAUSE is before the Court upon Lead Plaintiffs’ Amended Motion for Class Certification [D.E. 185], filed on April 20, 2001.1 A supplement to the Plaintiffs’ Motion for Class Certification [D.E. 313] was filed on March 1, 2002.
