Following an unsuccessful attempt to resolve certain complaints that had been filed with it concerning Raymond H. Kintz (respondent), the Disciplinary Board of the State Bar (board) conducted an investigation and filed a formal accusation with the Court pursuant to SDCL 16-19-67.
