Amarex, Inc., the debtor, 1 appeals from an order of the United States District Court for the Western District of Oklahoma holding that a claim for a one-year $10,000 bonus pursuant to an employment contract between Amarex and Robert O. Isaac is entitled to priority of payment in its entirety as an administrative expense under 11 U.S.C. § 503(b)(1)(A). The bankruptcy court determined that only that portion of the bonus attributable to services performed for Amarex subsequent to the commencement of Chapter 11 proceedings was entitled to priority.
