BALDOCK, Circuit Judge.
General American Transportation Corporation (“GATX”) appeals the district court’s order affirming the bankruptcy court’s decision to disallow GATX’s administrative expense claim. GATX claims the district court erred in affirming the bankruptcy court’s denial of administrative expense status for post-petition rents accruing prior to the bankruptcy trustee’s rejection of the underlying lease agreements.
