AMENDED MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER
BERNICE BOWIE DONALD, Bankruptcy Judge.
This cause came on to be heard on the cross-motions of the Plaintiff, Great American Insurance Company, and debtor for summary judgment on Great American’s adversary complaint, seeking dischargeability of its debt.
The issue before the court is whether upon consideration of the complaint, answer, and any supporting affidavits there exists “no genuine issue as to any material fact” such that the plaintiff is entitled to judgment as a matter of law pursuant to F.R.Civ.P. 56(c) made applicable to proceedings in bankruptcy…
