On August 24, 2004, the Plaintiff, WebMD Practice Services, Inc., formerly known as Medical Manager Health Systems, Inc., filed its Complaint Objecting to Discharge of Debt (Complaint), requesting a judgment against the Defendant/Debtor in an amount to be determined by the court, along with a determination of non-dischargeability pursuant to 11 U.S.C.A. § 523(a)(2)(A) and/or (4) (West 2004).
