DECISION ON COMPLAINT OBJECTING TO DISCHARGEABILITY OF DEBT

This is an adversary proceeding brought by Elizabeth Farina (“Farina” or “Plaintiff”) against Gerald Balzano (“Balzano” or “Defendant”) to have her claim declared nondischargeable pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 523(a)(2)(A) or, in the alternative, under 11 U.S.C. § 523(a)(4).
