On January 29,2013, plaintiff, Magdich & Associates, PC, filed an application for leave to appeal the trial court order denying its motion to dismiss the case following the acceptance of a case evaluation award by plaintiff and defendant, Novi Development Associates LLC. With the application, plaintiff also filed a motion for immediate consideration, a motion for stay, and a motion for peremptory reversal.
