I. PROCEDURAL AND FACTUAL BACKGROUND

Plaintiff Andrea Dworkin (“Dworkin”) is an author and lecturer who is an active member of the feminist antipomography movement. Dworkin and two members of the Wyoming Chapter of the National Organization for Women (“NOW”) filed this action in Wyoming state court against Hustler Magazine, Inc.
