The bill originally presented this case in a double aspect. In one view it sought to set aside a. transfer of jewelry from Haller to Goodlett as fraudulent, and in the other to take under a deed of trust from Haller to *75Snowden, and, in this connection, to surcharge Snowden’s accounts as trustee, and charge him with other sums and refuse him credit for what is claimed to be an excessive allowance as . trustee in his settlement with the County Court.
