The American National Bank, guardian of Mrs. Sammie Mays Bradford, a mental incompetent, brought this suit to sell her real estate to pay for her maintenance at the Central State Hospital for the Insane and other expenses of the guardianship. The chancellor decreed this relief. Mrs. Bradford, having meanwhile been adjudged restored in mind, appealed fromvthe chancellor’s decree. The pertinent facts are these:

Mrs. Bradford, age 63, and her husband, age 80, were living on her farm in Davidson County. She had trouble with some of her neighbors, and one of them had her arrested on a peace…
