{¶ 1} Respondent, D. Daniel Heisler of Bowling Green, Ohio, Attorney Registration No. 0029005, was admitted to the practice of law in Ohio in 1981.1 The Board of Commissioners on Grievances and Discipline recommends that we suspend respondent’s license to practice for six months, staying the entire suspension on conditions, because respondent committed professional misconduct while associated with a company that sold living trusts and financial services to his clients.
