Both parties are corporations engaged in the mercantile business. Plaintiff, besides conducting a wholesale millinery establishment at St. Paul, Minnesota, also makes contracts with so-called department stores in the larger cities of this 'and other states, whereby it carries on a retail millinery business as a department in such stores and ostensibly in their names.
