FLETCHER, Chief Judge:

Contrary to his pleas, the appellant was found guilty of various drug offenses charged under different provisions of the Uniform Code of Military Justice.1 He was sentenced to a bad-conduct discharge, confinement at hard labor for 13 months, forfeiture of $249 pay per month for 13 months and reduction to airman basic. The convening authority approved the sentence, except he reduced the periods of confinement and forfeitures to 12 months.
