This action was brought by the George A. Fuller Company, a foreign corporation, upon a bond executed by the Southern Construction Company of Baltimore, Maryland, as principal, and by the Aetna Indemnity Company of Hartford, Connecticut, as surety, in the penalty of fifty thousand dollars. These parties will be hereinafter designated briefly as the Fuller Company, the Southern Company and the Aetna Company.
